mobility & INJURY PREVENTION

Working out independently can make you vulnerable to injury and overextension. With Jason and his trainers emphasis on form, function, and mobility, there’s a focus on injury prevention. And if you’ve been injured recently, they’ll work intentionally to slowly build your strength and resistance.

WEIGHT LOSS

For weight loss goals, we aim to help our clients align their full lifestyle (training, nutrition, stress management) to achieve their goals on the scale. Setting a realistic timeline with regular check-ins have helped clients of ours lose over 100lbs!

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Meet the Team

  • JJ

    JJ is a Certified Personal Trainer. Having first hand experience competing in Powerlifting, he has comprehensive understanding of movements in the gym, how to build strength and work with a wide variety of clients

    Specializing in corrective exercises, injury rehab, Olympic Weightlifting he has the tools needed to deal with any clients challenges.

    Having worked with athletes, women trying to stay fit during pregnancy to 9-5 desk workers - he has the ability to work with clients challenges to attain their goals

  • Shaquaylla

    Shaquaylla Samuels is a Certified Personal Trainer (Canfitpro). She graduated from Centennial College with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University.

    High performance athletics and strength training has always been an important component of her lifestyle. As someone who's been involved with sports her whole life, her competitive background allowed her to discover her passion for coaching through the application of course-based knowledge.

    Her coaching philosophy focuses on developing not only physical strength but in teaching clients how professional strength training benefits them. Being mentally relentless is key in the gym as well as outside of it. The discipline with which you approach exercise, can also be valuable in determining your approach to life.

  • IAN

    Ian is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who has been
    working in the industry & changing lives for over twelve years.

    With advanced certifications in corrective exercise, healthy lifestyle management, and
    compound movement patterns, he has the expertise to help you overcome
    any barrier.

    Ian takes an all-encompassing approach to health and fitness; keeping his
    clients motivated and engaged through consistent support and challenging
    workouts.

    Having competed on team Canada for three years in the sport of Dragonboat,
    Ian values the perseverance, discipline, and the power of positive mindset.

  • Steph

    Stephanie is a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in strength training for women in all stages of their lives.

    After a decade in the hospitality industry, she decided that lifestyle wasn’t working for her physical or mental health. She turned to a trainer to help her get back on track - and never looked back.

    Now after 6 years of coaching experience, she’s watching her female and male clients thrive in strength, pre and post natal training, nutrition coaching, and stress and pain management.

    What will you get while training with Steph? A specialized coach that will develop a specific program that grows with your ever changing life and goals. This includes coaching correct form, programming efficient exercises, and learning functional movement patterns to manage and alleviate pain.
