WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR SESSION, THE DOOR MIGHT BE LOCKED SINCE WE DON’T ALLOW WALK INS. JUST KNOCK! YOU’LL BE GREETED BY EVERYONE’S FAVOURITE TRAINER: ROCKY. HE MAY BARK, DEMAND BELLY RUBS, OR IMMEDIATELY TRY TO GET YOU TO DO CARDIO BY CHASING HIM. If you’re not a dog person, just let us know, we have a pen to enclose rocky and he will respectfully nap while you train. you’ll likely see jason (main trainer), crystal (massage therapist), and possibly 1-2 clients coming or going. Once in a while, we’ll have 2 trainers training 2 clients, but that’s about as busy as we get.

OH, and there’s ample parking in the plaza!

the space & EQUIPMENT

OUR SPACE IS SMALL BUT MIGHTY, WITH ALL THE DUMBbELLS, KETTLEBELLS, MATS AND RACKS WE NEED. for cardiovascular fitness, rather than sticking you on a treadmill for time - we're innovative with our exercise selection keeping your session engaging and productive . You won’t see a lot of machines here aside from our air bike, and we mix in UNIQUE EQUIPMENT LIKE THE ROPES, THE SLED, THE SLIDER(S), or SLAM BALLS.

AT THE FRONT OF THE SPACE WE HAVE LOCKERS AND COAT RACKS TO STORE YOUR THINGS.

AT THE BACK OF THE SPACE WE HAVE TWO MASSAGE ROOMS, A BATHROOM AND A SMALL STAFF KITCHEN.

FIRST SESSION

WEAR YOUR WORKOUT GEAR AND BRING A WATER BOTTLE CAUSE WE’LL BE DOING AN INTRODUCTORY TRAINING SESSION. SAMPLE SESSIONS ARE 1 HR BUT WE’LL SPEND ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES CHATTING ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS FITNESS EXPERIENCES, YOUR GOALS , then a light workout for 40 minutes to show you how we work!

READY TO COMMIT?

  • THERE WILL BE NO PRESSURE TO SIGN ANYTHING ON THE SPOT, UNLESS YOU’RE READY RIGHT THEN.

  • WHEN YOU ARE READY, LET US KNOW HOW OFTEN YOU WANT TO TRAIN AND FOR HOW LONG. WANT TO START WITH 1 SESSION A WEEK FOR 3 MONTHS? 2 SESSIONS A WEEK FOR 6 MONTHS?

  • we will get you to sign a 1-pager confirming the timing, cost, and goals we’ve discussed

  • YOU CAN PAY LUMP SUM, OR MONTHLY PAYMENTS AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH OF TRAINING.

  • WE’LL TAKE YOUR WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS ON DAY 1 AND RE-MEASURE EVERY 4 WEEKS TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS.

  • then…. we work! some clients have the save time slot every single week, others work shifts and need to modify their time slots. we do what we can to work with your schedule.
